Master Grower
In the 25+ years since he started growing cannabis, Kirk has done it all. Steeped in grow technologies from soil and hydroponics (both NFT and aeroponics), he brings the breadth and depth of knowledge that drive our production.
His seed-to-harvest insight has been gleaned from working hands-on across a broad spectrum of sites, making him the ‘Old Master’ of our operation. This deep understanding is the backbone of our business, a marriage of technology and heart that gives us the ability to nurture classic strains and develop new hybrids for maximum quality and enjoyment.

Active in the Oregon cannabis community for many years, Ric is also a long-time political organizer, with decades’-long stints as the director of organizing for the SEIU and director of organizing/bargaining director for UFCW.
Ric has logged significant time in community based-work as well, including working with the homeless population in Portland at the iconic mental health and service provider Baloney Joe’s.
Ric is a long-time political community organizer, who was recently elected Representative of the Multnomah County Democratic Party.
